Richard has for over 20 years, worked with commercial and educational organisations all of whom want to find creative solutions to telling their story - who they are and what they stand for.

The key challenge, he finds, is how to define and bring an organisation's story to life. Especially when an organisation has multiple stakeholders and there are many people internally who play a part in telling the story.

Richard's highly collaborative approach; running workshops and developing organisational wide engagement programmes, is a result of his life-long love of learning and sharing knowledge with others. This has led to Richard delivering various lectures and talks on branding, design and creativity across Europe.

Design-trained, qualified in marketing, a passion for behavioural psychology and how the minds work has fused together to create an engaging and inspirational speaker who takes you out of your day-to-day thoughts.

Richard has been MD of Accrue Brand Value for over three years. Before that he was Head of Strategy at several London agencies and MD of publishing design businesses in the UK and in Italy.
